Labrow Marketing and Net Marketeers
Over a decade of working in partnership, developing feature-rich, content-managed websites
Matt Perry, owner of Net Marketeers, and Peter Labrow of Labrow Marketing have worked together on content-managed websites for over fifteen years. Initially much of the content management was undertaken using ASP and .NET – but over the last few years Net Marketeers has moved to support Labrow Marketing’s content management system of choice, Umbraco.
The best of both worlds
When working on a website project together, Labrow Marketing is able to remain fully focused on the creative and optimisation aspects of the site, while Net Marketeers handles the technical aspects. The customer only needs to work through one point of contact, usually within Labrow Marketing. This gives the customer the best of both worlds – the special expertise that each party offers, without the additional overhead of dealing with more than one company.
Who handles what?
The clear demarcation between ‘who does what’ is that Labrow Marketing handles the ‘front end’ (everything you can see – including copy, design and page layout) while Net Marketeers handles the ‘back end’ (all of the technical development). Both companies work together closely, and (as is the case with many of Labrow Marketing’s partners) despite not being in the same location, the use of video conferencing and a shared on-line project management system ensures that both companies work as a seamless team.
